We’re proud to say that Neal Display has provided conference and exhibition facilities for the Nationwide annual AGM for over 15 years.

It’s been a long and fruitful relationship – one where the organisers know they can call on us for pretty much any requirement; although much advance planning is involved, we happily deal with last minute requests and change, to cope with new presentational requirements or logistics.

The AGM is staged at different conference venues around the country over the years and Neal Display is intrinsically involved with its staging. Facilities include: conference stage and backdrop design, full audio visual facilities, meet-and-greet, registration and holding exhibition areas.

One of the main challenges is to provide conferencing facilities that can cope with anything from 250 to 600 people, altering capacities up to the last minute; great dialogue with the client together with the flexibility of our designs and production expertise means we meet deadline every year.
