N.I.C.E. get flexibility within a fixed budget

Decision makers at N.I.C.E., the independent health advisory organisation, were working with a fixed budget to fund a series of events around the country.

As the touring exhibition was to appear at up to 10 venues, each with varying space paratmeters, N.I.C.E. approached Neal Display for a design that was above all flexible.

The solution involved a bespoke modular design, that could grow, shrink, and change according to the venue and display material requirements. The stand could flexibly accommodate extra panels, and included a discussion/reception area, a plasma screen, prominent area for leaflet display as well as storage.

With their busy schedule, N.I.C.E. opted for Neal Display’s full management service – we arranged everything from stand installation and pull out, to electrical and telecoms supply, together with storage and stand re-configuration at our premises.

All our services were completed within the client’s alloted budget, freeing up time and relieving the stress of event organisation at 10 locations.
